How it all Works
Initial Consultation:
Food Assessment and menu planning
At a mutually agreed upon time, we will meet to discuss food preferences, sensitivities, dietary requirements, and allergies. I will create an individualized client portfolio which reflects those choices. Menus will be created around healthy choices for you and your family’s individual dietary issues.
Together we will plan the first cook date’s menus, and discuss the packaging arrangements and preferences.
Grocery Shopping and Cooking
I will shop for the freshest ingredients each
cook date. I may need to stop several places, but you may be assured
that I will select from the best ingredients available.
Appropriate sides will be prepared based upon
your preferences and availability of seasonal produce. The freshest
ingredients available will be used to prepare your dishes. Sides are
usually Chef’s Choice, and based upon what is freshest in the market.
Equipment
I provide all the necessary tools to create your menu choices: pots, pans, utensils, etc. All I need from you is a clean workspace, and use of your oven, stove, and fridge.
Packaging/Labeling and Clean-up
Your refrigerated food items will be labeled
with heating instructions for your convenience. All items will be
packaged for the freezer and left in your fridge and/or freezer. I
will leave instructions on how to thaw and heat your meals safely.
For a one-time container fee, I will provide the appropriate containers for the service.I
can use your containers but unless they can be neatly stacked and you
have enough, I prefer to accommodate your meals in proper containers
for the best storage.
Depending
on the package you choose, the space in your fridge will vary. Many times the freezer can fit these containers
well once its cleaned out from all the old TV dinners and frost-bitten
food items. I will store all meals in your refrigerator and leave the freezing up to you. This way you can choose what's for dinner each night.
You will arrive home to a clean kitchen with custom prepared meals and the delightful aroma of the day’s cooking!

adds up. The hassle of going to the supermarket,
dealing with the stress of figuring out what to make for dinner,
dealing with the lines (at the grocery store and restaurants), cooking and slaving over a hot stove, cleaning
up the kitchen and maybe getting a decent meal out of it. And what about variety? Do you find yourself making the same things over and over because its just takes too long to plan, shop and cook a meal for everyone to enjoy together? So fast food seems more convenient, but at what price health wise? Wouldn't you rather spend more quality time together than cooking? These numbers do add up!
